Psychotherapy Services for Adults

I provide individual psychotherapy for adults (ages 18 and older), with appointments available in person in Cary, NC or by telehealth. I use a flexible, personalized approach to help ensure therapy is responsive to your needs and priorities, whether you are navigating complex life stressors or want to work on a more specific problem or set of symptoms.

I am skilled in evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). By combining up-to-date clinical knowledge with genuine curiosity and care, my goal is to help you make lasting, sustainable changes that feel relevant to your life.

Session availability
I offer flexible scheduling options, including evening and weekend appointments, and I can accommodate clients who have varying or unpredictable schedules.

Coordination of care
I am open to consulting with other providers— such as psychiatrists, primary care clinicians, or previous therapists— when coordination of care is helpful and appropriate.

Treatment adaptations
I can adapt treatment to support clients with ADHD, learning differences, or mild cognitive impairment. This may include modifying session structure, pacing, materials, or between-session practices to better support attention, memory, and learning style. The goal is to ensure that therapy remains effective, engaging, and accessible.

Respect for diversity
I am committed to culturally responsive care that respects and affirms diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures.  I aim to offer a space where clients can explore their experiences openly, without the need to educate or justify their identity.
