Office Location

In-person sessions are held in my office at 1144 Executive Circle in Cary, NC. The office is accessible from Raleigh, Apex, Durham, and surrounding areas.

Please note that my office is on the second floor of a building without an elevator, so it is not handicap accessible. If you let me know in advance, I can book the first-floor conference room for our session if needed.

Telehealth Sessions

Telehealth psychotherapy is a way to receive high-quality mental health care through secure video sessions using your computer, tablet, or phone. Telehealth sessions are designed to be convenient and accessible, helping reduce barriers like travel time, scheduling conflicts, or geographic limitations, while maintaining confidential and effective care. Research has shown that therapy delivered via telehealth is as effective as in-person therapy for most clients and most mental health concerns.

To participate in telehealth sessions, you’ll need:
A private, quiet space where you can speak openly and without interruption.
A stable internet connection and a device with video capability (computer, tablet, or phone).

Cross-State Telehealth Through PSYPACT

The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is an agreement among most U.S. states that allows licensed psychologists who have obtained PSYPACT authorization to provide telehealth services across state lines without needing separate licenses in every state. As a PSYPACT provider, I can provide therapy via telehealth as long as you are physically located in a state that participates in PSYPACT at the time of your session.  Visit https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap to learn which states are part of PSYPACT.

If you have questions about PSYPACT or telehealth more generally, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hybrid Model

I am happy to offer a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions if this would work best for you.  This is a great option for people who travel for work, go to school in another PSYPACT state, or simply want the flexibility of having some sessions in person and others via telehealth.
